Excessive patting and loving won’t help your kitty like me more, it chose you, not me. It doesn’t know me!!! I need to build trust with your kitty.
Most people believe their cats could never be groomed. That’s because you cannot groom your kitty. The cat owns you, you do not own it.
Unless you’ve been grooming them from a very early age, they will resist you, bite you, scratch you, dislike you. No one wants that to happen.
That’s why I can help you. I am a Certified Feline Master Groomer, trained in all things ‘cat’ such as reading temperaments, health and anatomy, breeds and how to groom your kitty with the least amount of stress and anxiety on them. Im also just an all round animal lover that knows a cat has a ‘turkey timer’. When it’s cooked, it’s cooked.
Some timers are long, but most are short. It’s about knowing when to stop, when to rest, the triggers that speed up the timer and the actions that slow it down if possible. It’s about building trust with your kitty.
